Camping bookings require a deposit of 50 Euros. The balance of payment will be due 30 days before your arrival date and once paid is non-refundable. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday.
The number of persons using the pitches is not to exceed the maximum number stated on any booking form.
If you cancel your holiday, and you either have no insurance or the cover you have does not apply to the reason for cancelling, you must still pay the full cost of the holiday. In such cases, we will make every effort to re-book your pitch. If successful, a refund of monies less your deposit, will be returned to you. If we are unsuccessful in re-booking, you will be liable to pay the full cost of your cancelled holiday.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking already made should the pitch become unavailable for some reason(s) beyond our control (storm damage for instance). A full refund of monies would be made to the holiday maker in these circumstances but we are under no further liability.
Your pitch will be available at 14.00 on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.30 on your departure day. Please contact us if you wish to arrive at an earlier time or leave after 11.30.
To retain the peacefulness of the campsite, vehicle movement is only allowed between 8.00 to 22.30 hours. If you are arriving after these hours please contact us. Vehicles must not move around the site outside these hours and noise must be kept to a minimum. If customers are deemed to be causing unreasonable disturbance we have the right to ask them to leave without refund.
All guests must strictly observe the safety and welfare instructions displayed around the site. Your attention is specifically drawn to those in the toilets and by the chemical toilet facilities that are serviced by a septic tank.
Swimming Pool: Please ensure that you read the regulations displayed by the pool. The pool is not life-guarded; therefore all children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, no smoking, no glasses around the pool at any time. Sorry no dogs allowed in the swimming pool area.
Only two dogs per pitch. Please contact us if you have more than 2 dogs.
We do not accept Category 1 or 2 dogs, these include Staffordshire and American Staffordshire Terriers (pit bulls), Tosa Inu, Boerbull Mastiff, Rottweiler (NB Staffordshire Bull Terriers are exempt from the above list).
All dogs staying on site must be kept on a lead at all times. You must clear up after your dogs. If you fail to do so you may be asked to leave without refund.
You may barbecue on your pitch but ground level barbecues are not permitted.
Sorry no campfires allowed.
Bicycles are available for customer’s use. Please bring your own bicycle helmet and other safety accessories.
Your guests are welcome at Camping La Foret de Tesse, but must register on arrival. If they wish to use the leisure facilities there will be a small charge.
WIFI: We are not responsible for the connection we receive from our internet provider.
We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public services, loss or damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions.
We advise that you take proper safety precautions whilst you are away and make sure that you have appropriate travel and/ or personal accident insurance and health cover.
The holiday maker undertakes to keep the premises and all fixtures, fittings and facilities on the site in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of their stay and also undertakes to leave the site in the same state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived.
The management will not be liable to the holiday maker for any loss or damaged to their property however caused. It is the holiday makers’ responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance is in place.
The management reserve the right to, (a) refuse entry to the site or to refuse to take bookings without giving a reason; (b) ask guests behaving in an anti-social way to vacate or leave the site immediately without recompense.
We will do everything to make sure that you have an enjoyable holiday. In the unfortunate event that a problem arises, please register the problem with us before the end of your stay. We will do all reasonable steps to resolve the problem. We regret that we will not be able to address any issues raised after your holiday ended.
